Hello and thanks for having me 👋

Today I've pulled together a few relevant case studies that showcase customer journey optimisation, digital product design and end-to-end delivery across retail, travel and digital commerce.

Many of the challenges explored in these projects align closely with opportunities within Scentre Group's digital gift card ecosystem, including customer communications, self-service experiences, discoverability, digital transactions and journey simplification.

I've spent my career designing digital products that help customers complete tasks more easily, make confident decisions and achieve better outcomes.

My experience spans banking, superannuation, travel, retail and government, working across discovery, customer research, UX, UI, accessibility and delivery.

I enjoy bringing together customer needs, business goals and technical constraints to create practical, scalable solutions.

Case studies

Qantas Home Page

After nearly eight years without a major refresh, the Qantas homepage no longer reflected evolving customer expectations or behaviours.

Using customer research and usability insights, we identified opportunities to improve navigation, simplify key journeys and increase visibility of high-value features across desktop and mobile experiences.

As Senior Product Designer, I led the project end-to-end, from discovery and concept development through to UX, UI and delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring the improvements to life.
